  1. Can I have Multiple Locations?

    Fleet Manager supports multiple locations.  The application allows the user to define various locations.


  2. What is Sales Confirmation? / Can I Print Sales Confirmation on my Letter Head?

    After booking your car, you will receive a printable confirmation.  This Confirmation contains all of the important rental information.


  3. Is it possible to check vehicle availability at the time of vehicle Reservation and Agreement generation?

    Fleet Manager provides an option in the Reservation and Agreement screens to list down the available vehicles of the requested Model on a particular date.


  4. Is Reservation Mandatory for Hiring a Vehicle?

    Reservation is not mandatory for hiring a vehicle. You can generate a Vehicle Rental Agreement without any prior reservation.


  5. Is it possible to enter transactions in foreign currency ?

    It is possible to enter transactions in foreign currency. The Fleet Manager application has provision to calculate and convert the amount in foreign currency to the corresponding amount in base currency fixed by the company using the exchange rate specified.


  6. Can I have Multiple Payment Types?

    Fleet Manager is equipped to deal with multiple payment types like payment through cash, credit cards, cheques etc. in one transaction.


  7. Can I Borrow Vehicles and hire it out to customers?

    Yes.


  8. Is there any provision in Fleet Manager for Leasing of vehicles?

    Yes, the application has provision for Leasing. The details like vehicle number and other vehicle related details, details of the lessee, lease period, payment details and Installment Schedule etc. can be recorded.


  9. Can I have different Rate Types for Quotation?

    The application allows user to quote different rate types for different vehicle models in a single quotation.


  10. How can I control the user-access of the application?

    User-access of the application can be controlled at screen level and at the control key level of each of the screens.


  11. Is it possible to have the details of Additional Drivers?

    The application takes in the details of additional driver, if any, at the time of entering Agreement details.


  12. How do I upgrade Fleet Manager?

    Fleet Manager Support team will notify and help you install the software upgrades when they become available.
