Engagement Models

We practice four models of operation with a clear focus for the overseas business.

• On-site Model: We send our technical team to the customer location and help them develop/maintain SAP or Sharepoint applications.
  
• Off - shore Model: This is most suited for clients who can clearly define and communicate their requirements to our team in India. The solution will be developed in-house and transported to the client. This is the most cost effective way, but may not be applicable in all situations.
  
• Hybrid Model: Largely required when the clients are end users themselves or the project is large or is of long duration. The core team located at our Development Center is guided by the team leader located at the customer's site.
  
• Remote Services: Our technical person logs into the system of the customer remotely either through VPN, RDS or GoToAssist and performs the required job.
